Privacy Policy

HERE helps useful ideas become follow-through, and keeps that data under your control.

Effective date: July 2, 2026

HERE starts by helping submitted content become follow-through. You save, paste, or upload content, HERE identifies what matters, suggests concrete next moves, and records whether you completed or missed those moves. This policy describes the current product and the data it uses.

Data We Collect

Account information

Email address, account id, sign-in metadata, and support messages.

Purpose: Create and protect your HERE account.

Submitted content

Pasted text, links, transcripts, uploaded PDFs, documents, audio, video, content type, title, and supporting notes.

Purpose: Let HERE connect what mattered back to the context that produced it.

What mattered

Main lessons, why they matter, confidence scores, and life category tags.

Purpose: Turn submitted content into specific behavior changes.

Chosen moves and check-ins

Recommended moves, due times, category, difficulty, impact, completion count, missed count, and streaks.

Purpose: Help you follow through and see what is actually changing.

Check-ins and reflections

Completion logs, missed-action reflections, blockers, notes, and timestamps.

Purpose: Improve future recommendations without pretending to know more than the data supports.

Preferences

Name, what matters most, top life areas, reminder time, accountability style, and content preferences.

Purpose: Personalize tone, reminders, and next-move ranking.

Processing

HERE may send your submitted content, selected context, and prompts to third-party providers to identify what matters, suggest next moves, and support app responses. We try to send only the context needed for the request. Output can be imperfect, so HERE should be treated as support for follow-through, not professional advice.

Storage and Access

HERE uses a secure authentication and database provider for account access and user-owned rows such as profile, content items, lessons, chosen moves, reminders, reflections, and completion logs. Row-level security is designed so signed-in users can access only their own rows.

Deletion and Export

You can delete your saved HERE data from Settings. The deletion flow removes your profile, submitted content, extracted lessons, chosen moves, reminders, reflections, and completion logs for the signed-in account. Settings also includes export controls where available. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute resolution.

Current Product Scope

The current product focuses on content input, what mattered, chosen moves, check-ins, reflections, and guidance based on those records. If HERE does not have enough context for a personal answer, it should say so.
