HERE turns content into actions, and keeps that data under your control.

HERE is an AI execution engine with a content-to-execution surface. You save or paste content, HERE extracts lessons, recommends concrete actions, creates trackers, and records whether you completed or missed those actions. This policy describes the current product and the data it uses.

Data We Collect

Account information

Email address, account id, sign-in metadata, and support messages.

Purpose: Create and protect your HERE account.

Saved content

Pasted text, YouTube links, source type, content title, and summaries.

Purpose: Let HERE connect lessons back to the content that produced them.

Extracted lessons

Main lessons, why they matter, confidence scores, and life category tags.

Purpose: Turn content into specific behavior changes.

Actions and trackers

Recommended actions, due times, category, difficulty, impact, tracking method, completion count, missed count, and streaks.

Purpose: Help you follow through and see what is actually changing.

Check-ins and reflections

Completion logs, missed-action reflections, blockers, notes, and timestamps.

Purpose: Improve future recommendations without pretending to know more than the data supports.

Preferences

Name, main goal, top life areas, reminder time, accountability style, and content preferences.

Purpose: Personalize tone, reminders, and action ranking.

AI Processing

HERE uses OpenAI as a third-party AI provider. After you give permission in the app, HERE may send OpenAI the content you actively choose to analyze, including messages, pasted text, links and their available transcripts, and readable content extracted from uploaded files. For Coach responses, HERE may also send the minimum relevant context from your saved goals, content, lessons, actions, trackers, check-ins, and reflections.

OpenAI processes this data to generate lessons, action plans, trackers, reminders, and coaching responses requested by you. HERE does not send this content to OpenAI until the permission screen is accepted. You can withdraw permission from Settings; future AI requests will remain blocked until you grant permission again. Avoid submitting sensitive information you do not want processed by a third-party AI service.

HERE sends only the context needed for the requested feature and does not use submitted content for advertising or cross-app tracking. OpenAI acts as a service provider for this app functionality and is expected to protect processed data under its applicable service terms and privacy commitments. AI output can be imperfect, so HERE should be treated as an execution assistant, not professional advice.

How Data Is Collected

Account and preference data is collected when you sign up or change Settings. Saved content is collected when you paste text or a link, upload a file, scan a note, or send a Coach message. Actions, trackers, check-ins, and reflections are collected when you activate a protocol or record what happened. Basic product-interaction events may be recorded when you use these controls so HERE can operate and improve the execution flow.

Storage and Access

HERE uses Supabase as its authentication and database provider for account access and user-owned rows such as profile, content items, lessons, actions, trackers, reminders, reflections, and completion logs. Row-level security is designed so signed-in users can access only their own rows.

Deletion and Export

You can delete your saved HERE data from Settings. The deletion flow removes your profile, saved content, extracted lessons, actions, trackers, reminders, reflections, and completion logs for the signed-in account. Settings also includes export controls where available. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute resolution.

What We Do Not Claim

HERE does not currently ship Gmail, Calendar, Apple Health, Screen Time, or app-blocking integrations in the production app unless those features are explicitly enabled and reviewed. The first beta surface focuses on content input, extracted lessons, actions, trackers, check-ins, reflections, and AI coaching based on those records.
